Guests enjoy a tableside tea blending, presented in all-silver service by a Pfister Tea Butler, while learning about each variety of tea, the origins, unique flavors, effects on mood and health, blending options and perfect pairings. The afternoon is complete with fresh scones, sandwiches and pastries. Featured teas are from Liif Tea.

Sunday Brunch

Add vibrance to your Sunday with a lively brunch at The Rouge inside The Pfister Hotel. Enjoy chef-prepared entrees, fresh salads, carving and action stations and decadent desserts. Also enjoy a midday toast with “champagne” and our Bloody Mary bar.

It’s the majesty of a celebrated pastime in the comfort of one of Milwaukee’s most breathtaking settings. Take in your favorite carols with The Pfister’s Holiday Singers performing in the lobby near the marble staircase.
