Our signature martini is made with Bombay Sapphire Gin, a touch of dry vermouth and served ice cold with an olive or lemon twist.

Cosmopolitan
This new classic is made with
Ketel One Citron, Cointreau and a touch of Cranberry Juice.

Metropolitan
A slight twist on the classic Cosmopolitan.
We use Absolut Kurant, Cointreau, with a splash of Cranberry and a squeeze of lime

Blu Hawaiian
A refreshing combination of Bacardi Rum, Blue Curacaco, Pineapple Juice and Cream of Coconut with crushed ice.

Blu’s Margarita
Jose Cuervo Gold Tequila, Triple Sec, fresh lime juice served in a salt-rimmed goblet.
