SATURDAY PRIME RIB
4pm - 9pm Saturdays

Nothing says Saturday night in Wisconsin like a delicious prime rib dinner.  Our chef arrives at dawn to begin slow roasting the select rib to be served that evening.  Prime rib at The Café at the Pfister is fresh-cut and always prepared to your desired temperature.  Start with our bread basket and a fresh garden salad with your choice of dressing.  Your prime rib is served in au jus with a steaming Idaho baked potato and a seasonal vegetable selected by the chef.  Dinner includes complimentary coffee, milk or tea, all for only $16.95 plus tax and gratuity.  Enjoy this great Wisconsin tradition in the ambiance of The Pfister Hotel.
