This guided tasting experience explores the world of straight teas across each of the core tea categories, offering insight into their origins, craftsmanship, and distinct flavor profiles. Guests will learn how factors such as terroir, processing, and brewing techniques shape each cup, while enjoying a thoughtfully curated tasting designed to educate the palate and deepen appreciation for this timeless ritual.

To complement the experience, a selection of elegant tea sandwiches will be served, thoughtfully prepared to pair beautifully with the teas and enhance the afternoon’s indulgence. Set within the historic surroundings of The Pfister Hotel, this workshop invites guests to slow down, savor, and discover tea in its most refined form.
