The Pfister Hotel is proud to offer a unique dinner featuring the world's most allocated and sought-after spirit: Pappy Van Winkle Bourbon. Join us in the historic, beautiful Rouge Ballroom for an experience you won't forget.
A stunning and flavorful tasting menu from esteemed Chef Mark Weber has been created to match these incredible whiskies. The menu will include four half-ounce pours of different aged Pappys: 10, 12, 15, and 20 years. A bourbon cocktail made with our newly arrived, Chef Weber selected, Knob Creek Single Barrel Mason Street Grill Selection will also be included. Certified Spirits Expert Nick Macaluso will be on hand to discuss the bourbons and pairings.
A cash bar will offer high-quality bourbons from The Pfister prior to the dinner. There will also be an opportunity to purchase bottles of the Knob Creek Special Single Barrel and Digits signed bourbon bottles.
