The Pfister Hotel was the perfect backdrop to Erica & Matt's New Year's Eve wedding. With their plan to get married on New Year's Eve, they knew they wanted a venue to match the classic and grand vibe of the holiday, and The Pfister Hotel fit the bill perfectly. Their love story was brought to life with a elegant ceremony hosted in The Imperial Ballroom adorned with white candles, red roses, and the glow of a Christmas tree for the perfect holiday touch. Their reception kicked off in The Grand Ballroom with a live band, black & white checkered dance floor, and exceptional drinks and food. To end the night with a bang, the couple rang in the New Year with their family and friends with a champagne toast and balloon drop at midnight.
Kristin got ready surrounded by her girls, mother, and mother-in-law making for a special morning. Matt enjoyed a relaxed atmosphere with his friends which helped ease the anticipation of the approaching ceremony.
The couple shared a quiet, private moment just before the ceremony began by holding hands back to back. Easing nerves without spoiling surprise as they chose to wait to see each other for the very first time at the aisle.
Matthew honored his Scottish heritage during the celebration by changing into his family's tartan kilt. This meaningful detail served as a special way to thank all the family who had flown in from Europe to celebrate with the couple.

The night of celebration commenced with lively dancing and great company. Erica and Matt's favorite moment of the evening was cutting their custom 5-tier cake, a masterpiece created by The Pfister's Pastry Team. To conclude the night with a spectacular finish, the couple and their guests rang in the New Year with a champagne toast and a dazzling balloon drop at midnight.
