Café at the Pfister

The historic Pfister Hotel has transformed a portion of the entrance area of Café at The Pfister with a barista counter offering gourmet coffee on the go and freshly baked pastries and other items.

The Cafe Pfister now includes a patisserie at the entrance of the café with casual seating and a Starbucks® barista counter. The patisserie area features in-house gourmet pastries and desserts from Chef Brian Frakes and his culinary team. The dining area of the Café remains as originally designed in order to retain the style and reputation it has earned throughout the years.

 

The barista counter is open from 6am-8pm, daily. The Breakfast Patisserie Counter Menu featuring scones, breakfast sandwiches and more is offered from 6-11am, daily. From 11am-8pm, guests can order off the Café Pfister Bakery Menu, which offers soups, sandwiches, salads, pastries and more. Hours for the traditional dining area of the café serving The Pfister’s classic menu will remain unchanged, open 6am-2pm daily.
