The Pfister Hotel Mobile App

 
Q. Does The Pfister Hotel have mobile keys or mobile check-in?
A. Yes, The Pfister Hotel is delighted to share a tool known as The Pfister Hotel Mobile App. This app will not only assist with continuing to lower contact but also provides a number of useful tools in-app connecting guests easily to Dining Menus, Reservations, and requests to the Front Desk. The Pfister Hotel Mobile App is available through Google Play or Download it on the App Store, by searching for The Pfister Hotel.
 
Q. I have downloaded The Pfister Hotel App, now what?
A. Please complete the steps in The Pfister Hotel Mobile App to complete your registration. Select the mobile key and check-in button, and then select 'create an account' at the bottom of the page. The email address used to register the account will be where a verification email will be sent. If you do not receive a verification email, please check your SPAM folder.  
 
Q. What should I do if my reservation is not showing in The Pfister Hotel Mobile App?
A. If you are not seeing your reservation, please check to see if your reservation was made with the same email you use to log in to The Pfister Hotel Mobile App. If you are checking the app on the same day you made your reservation, there may be a slight delay in the mobile app registering your reservation. Please check back later. If you are still having trouble, you can manually import your reservation by locating The Pfister Hotel Mobile App invitation code via your Mobile App Invite Email. In the app, select the mobile key and mobile check-in button in the app, select manually import reservation, and then enter your code.

Q. How do I share a digital key with other members of my family?
A. Either share your login credentials with your family member or have them create a login of their own and manually import the reservation using the invite code received via email.

Q. What are check-in and check-out times?
A. Standard check-in time is 3 pm with standard check-out being at 11 am. 
 
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival or you will be charged for one night's room and tax. Click to modify/cancel your reservation.
 
Q. Is parking available at The Pfister Hotel?
A. Self-parking is available in our structure located on Mason Street for $35 per night. Nearby alternate parking is also available. Valet parking is available for $42 per night.
 
Q. Are refrigerators, cribs, or rollaway beds available?
A. Yes, these items are available upon request and are complimentary.
 
Q. Is there a Concierge Service?
A. Concierge Service is available by email at concierge@thepfisterhotel.com or by calling (414) 273-8222. The Concierge desk is located in the lobby of the hotel and will be happy to assist with special requests.
 
Q. Does The Pfister Hotel have a shuttle to/from Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport ?
A. The Pfister currently does not have an airport shuttle, however, taxis and rideshare services are readily available to help you with transportation to and from the hotel.
 
Q. We will be driving to the hotel and need directions to the hotel.

Q. Do you have high-speed Internet access in the guestrooms?
A. Yes, we offer complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access throughout the hotel, including all public spaces and guest rooms. For computers without a wireless card, adapters are available at the front desk. 
 
Q. We will arrive before check-in, what is the provision for storing luggage?
A. Your luggage will gladly be stored at no charge until your check-in.
 
Q. Are there hairdryers in the rooms?
A. Yes, hairdryers are available in each room. For a list of in-room amenities, please see the amenities webpage.
 
Q. Do you have Room Service and what are the hours?
A. Yes, room service is available from 6 am – 12 am daily.
 
Q. Do you offer gift cards?
A. Absolutely. Gift cards can be purchased at marcusgiftcards.com.
 
Q. What is your policy on photography?
All photo shoots (including but not limited to group or event photography), must be pre-approved and scheduled in advance with Pfister staff. A booking fee will apply, and must be paid prior to the photography session. The fee is determined by the group size and the spaces utilized; for 30 people or less, the fee is $150. Guests must agree to refrain from touching or moving any artwork or furniture, including any fixtures in the hotel. Guests who have not reserved their photography session in advance will be asked to pay the booking fee, or they will be asked to leave the premises. To request approval for photography, please contact CameronBuzzell@thepfisterhotel.com.

Q. Do you accept mobile gratuities? 
A. For the convenience of our guests, mobile gratuities are accepted at The Pfister Hotel. If you would like to show appreciation for any services throughout your stay with a gratuity for our staff, please start here.

Q. Do you have a Rewards program? 
A. Yes. The Pfister Hotel is part of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, and you can get the most out of your visit to The Pfister when you become a Marcus Loyalty Rewards member and earn points that can be used at participating locations.

Q. What is the City Fee Sculpture Milwaukee? 
A. Sculpture Milwaukee is one of the world’s largest complimentary art exhibits including sculptures from different local, national and international artists. The exhibit is important to the community and to the betterment of Downtown Milwaukee, and as such, a fee equal to 1% of your room rate per night will be added to your folio upon checkout from the months of June-October when the exhibition is active.
