Fall down the rabbit hole and into an afternoon unlike any other. Wonderland Tea at The Pfister invites you into a world where the curious and the classy collide — where top hats are tipped, teacups are peculiarly perfect, and every detail has been designed to make you wonder, is this real, or is this magic?

Step through the looking glass into Blu on the 23rd floor, where panoramic views of Milwaukee and Lake Michigan set the stage for an afternoon steeped in mystery and delight. From enchanting tableside decor to whimsically crafted pastries — each one more curious than the last — no detail has been left to chance.

Your Pfister Tea Butler will guide you through a thoughtful tea blending presentation, revealing the origins, flavors, and ideal pairings of each variety, including selections from Rishi Tea, proudly headquartered right here in Milwaukee. The menu features freshly baked scones, delicate finger sandwiches, and an assortment of themed pastries and confections that are almost too beautiful to eat. Almost. Guests may also enhance their experience with a selection of sparkling wines — because every wonderland deserves a little sparkle.
